Q How much do your services cost?
Services range from $1,497 to $12,997/month depending on scope and complexity. Executive LinkedIn Management starts at $1,997/month. Fractional CMO services (our premium offering) range from $7,997–$12,997/month. We also offer one-time consulting and hybrid models. During your free strategy call, we'll discuss what makes sense for your budget and goals.
Q How is pricing structured?
We use transparent, straightforward pricing. You know exactly what you're paying and what you're getting. Pricing is based on the service level you choose and the scope of work. We don't do surprise fees or scope creep. What we quote is what you pay.
Q Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely. Most of our clients have custom packages that combine multiple services tailored to their specific needs. During your strategy call, we'll discuss your situation and build a proposal that fits your business and budget.
Q What's the difference between your service tiers?
Our services scale with your needs. Entry-level services (like Email Marketing Automation at $1,497/month) are perfect for startups and solopreneurs. Mid-tier services (LinkedIn Management, SEO, Social Media) work for growing companies scaling revenue. Premium services (Personal Brand Building, Fractional CMO) are designed for executives and companies ready to invest in significant growth.

Engagement & Commitment

Q Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. We don't believe in long-term contracts. You're free to cancel anytime. We keep you as a client because you see results, not because you're locked in. Most of our clients stay with us because they can't imagine doing marketing without us.
Q What's the minimum engagement period?
We ask for a minimum of 30 days for most services so we have time to assess the market, develop strategy, and show initial results. After that, you can adjust or cancel anytime. For Fractional CMO and premium services, we typically recommend a 90-day minimum to show meaningful results.
Q Can I pause or change my service?
Yes. You can adjust, pause, or change your service level anytime. If you need to pause during a busy season or switch from one service to another, we'll work with you to make it happen.
Q How do I get started?
Simple. Schedule your free 15-minute strategy call. During that call, we'll discuss your situation, goals, and challenges. We'll outline a specific strategy and next steps. If it makes sense, we'll send you a proposal. If not, you'll still walk away with valuable insights. No pressure either way.
Q What if I'm not ready to commit yet?
That's completely fine. We encourage people to learn more about what's possible before committing. Your free strategy call will give you a clear roadmap of what we'd recommend and why. You can take that and run with it yourself, or let us execute it for you. Either way, you win.

Q How quickly will I see results?
It depends on the service. LinkedIn management and social media show engagement growth within 30 days. SEO typically shows first-page rankings within 60–90 days. Email automation and community strategies compound over time. During your call, we'll give you realistic timelines for your specific situation.
Q How do you measure success?
We measure what matters to your business—not vanity metrics. That might be leads generated, revenue influenced, rankings achieved, engagement rates, or follower growth depending on your goals. Every engagement has clear KPIs. We report monthly and adjust strategy based on real data.
Q Can you guarantee results?
We can't guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers (anyone who does is lying). What we guarantee is strategic thinking, excellent execution, and continuous optimization. We'll do the work right. But results depend on market conditions, your industry, competition, and a dozen other factors we can't control. We're honest about that.
Q How often do we communicate?
It depends on your service level. Most clients receive monthly performance reports and strategy updates. Fractional CMO clients get monthly 60-minute calls plus unlimited Slack access. We're always available for questions, but we keep communication efficient so you can focus on your business.
Q What if I'm not seeing results after X months?
We assess progress monthly. If something isn't working, we adjust the strategy. If results aren't happening after a reasonable timeline (varies by service—usually 60–90 days), we discuss next steps openly. We're not interested in taking your money if we can't deliver results. Your success is the only way we stay in business.

Q What does the onboarding process look like?
After your strategy call and proposal, we'll schedule a 60-minute onboarding session. We'll dive deep into your business, goals, brand voice, target audience, and competitive landscape. We'll answer questions and set expectations. You'll know exactly what to expect and when.
Q Do you need access to my accounts (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)?
Yes, for most services. We need access to manage your LinkedIn, social media, email platforms, etc. We use industry-standard tools with secure authentication. You always control your accounts—we just manage them on your behalf.
Q Can I keep my content and data if we stop working together?
Absolutely. You own all content, data, and accounts. If we part ways, you keep everything. We'll document everything and ensure a smooth transition. No surprises.
Q How much involvement do I need to have?
Depends on the service. LinkedIn management requires minimal input—you approve posts. Personal brand building requires more collaboration since it's your voice. Fractional CMO requires monthly strategic input. We'll be clear about what we need from you upfront.

Q Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We've worked with clients across North America, Europe, and beyond. Time zones can make real-time communication tricky, but we work around that with async updates, recorded briefings, and scheduled calls.
