At MJK Group Global, we are committed to delivering exceptional marketing services and client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and service terminations for all our marketing service packages.

This policy applies to all services offered by MJK Group Global, including but not limited to: Social Media Management, Personal Brand Building, AI Marketing Implementation, Content Strategy & Planning, and Email Marketing Automation services.

2. Monthly Subscription Services

2.1 Cancellation Process

Monthly subscription services can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to info@mjkgroupglobal.com. To ensure proper processing:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Include your account name, contact information, and service package details
• Provide at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date
• You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation request

2.2 No Refunds for Monthly Services

Monthly subscription services are non-refundable. This means:

• No prorated refunds for partial months
• No refunds if you cancel mid-cycle
• You maintain access to services through the end of the paid billing period

3. Annual Contract Services

3.1 Contract Commitment

Annual contracts represent a commitment for the full contract term (typically 12 months). These contracts often include discounted monthly rates compared to month-to-month pricing.

3.2 No Early Termination

Annual contracts cannot be cancelled before the end of the contract term except in cases of material breach by MJK Group Global or mutual written agreement between both parties.

3.3 Early Termination Fees

If you wish to terminate an annual contract early, you remain financially responsible for all remaining months in the contract term.

4. Setup Fees and One-Time Charges

4.1 Non-Refundable Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Setup work typically includes:

• Account audits and analysis
• Strategic planning and documentation
• Platform setup and integration
• Initial content creation and asset development

5. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Clients Only)

5.1 Eligibility

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available only to first-time clients of MJK Group Global within the first 30 days of their initial contract.

5.2 How It Works

If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days:

1. Contact us in writing at info@mjkgroupglobal.com
2. We will schedule a review meeting within 5 business days
3. We will work together to address issues and improve your experience
4. If we cannot resolve your concerns, we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion

6. How to Cancel Your Service

6.1 Cancellation Steps

1. Send Written Notice: Email info@mjkgroupglobal.com with "Service Cancellation Request" in the subject line
2. Include Required Information: Your full name, company name, service package, and desired cancellation date
3. Await Confirmation: You will receive written confirmation within 2 business days
4. Complete Exit Process: Follow any final steps outlined in your confirmation

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with any aspect of a cancellation or refund decision, contact us in writing within 30 days of the decision. We will review your dispute and respond within 10 business days.
